Hello!

Once again, here I am recreating my brand. Although, recreating my be the wrong word. Rather, I am improving my brand and narrowing down my niche.

I first started a blog in 2017. I wrote about my life and for me, it was the first creative outlet I really had. I dropped out of college at the time and I was trying to figure out what I enjoyed doing. I wrote about my travels, books, friends and family. It was a personal blog and mainly just a hobby.

In 2022, I quit my job after almost 7-years, started a new career, decided to go back to school and finish my degree, and this is when I truly started figuring out what I am passionate about. I decided to completely scratch my blog and start fresh. I actually started a business. 

​

I was creating some designs on Canva and realized you could order your designs on products such as cups, t-shirts, and stickers. I was going to order stickers but then I thought, "I bet I could just make these stickers myself". And thus, my business was born. Luckily, I now work at a small accounting office so I was able to get all the best advise for starting my own business.

I am about to graduate now with my bachelor's degree in marketing which is going to free up a lot of my time. I have new sticker designs in the works, ideas for bookmarks and greeting cards, and then farther into the future I would like to make other products like notepads, t-shirts, and cups. I have this long-term vision of opening up a little boutique where I can sell all of my handmade items in-person.

This is maybe a 10-year plan we're talking about here. For now, I have revamped my website design and I'd like to start writing about marketing and small business strategies to create more of a niche here at Lemonry.
